Life took us somewhere we never expected and we found what matters most there.

1 in 100 million — that’s our son Maddux. He was born with Spina Bifida and Achondroplasia, which is a very rare combination.

Our journey started long before Maddux arrived — with years of unexplained infertility, heartbreak and the kind of faith that only grows under pressure. We were told it might not happen for us. Then it did — and it came with a diagnosis we didn’t see coming.

This podcast is our attempt to share that honestly. Not the highlight reel — the real story. The school district challenges. The hospital stays. The moments of pure joy that only come after something hard. We started it in 2020, paused when life demanded it, and now we’re back — because somewhere out there, another family just got a diagnosis and needs to know they’re not alone.
